Key Responsibilities
- Seller Onboarding & Support
- Engage with sellers and handhold them through the onboarding journey.
- Set up accounts, train sellers on using Zoop, and guide them through their first few livestreams.
- Troubleshoot basic issues and ensure a smooth experience in the early stages.
- Operations & Process Execution
- Manage day-to-day operational tasks like scheduling livestreams, tracking performance, and coordinating giveaways.
- Collect seller and buyer feedback, organize it, and share actionable insights with the team.
- Support the Ops lead in building scalable workflows and improving seller retention.
- Be the primary point of contact for sellers – ensuring they feel supported and valued.
- Build long-term trust by staying consistent, reliable, and solution-oriented.
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome if you’re sharp and proactive).
- Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi; regional languages a plus).
- Comfortable speaking with sellers, resolving queries, and building rapport.
- Interest in e-commerce, social media, or livestreaming.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A “get-things-done” attitude with a problem-solving mindset.

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
