Who We Are
Coverflow was founded to help commercial insurance brokers automate their most challenging workflows. Our AI platform integrates with client data systems to analyze millions of data points, enabling brokers to work more efficiently and deliver deeper insights.
Trusted by top-100 brokerages, we process thousands of policies weekly for comparison, proposal generation, and contract review. Backed by AIX Ventures, Founder Collective, and Afore Capital, we've achieved 10x revenue growth in six months and are building the category-defining solution for the $310B insurance brokerage industry.
We're hiring our second Business Operations Lead to architect and scale our operational infrastructure - building the systems, processes, and frameworks that drive efficient execution across our entire business from GTM through customer success.
The Role
We're at an inflection point - what got us here won't get us to our next revenue milestone. We need someone to build the operational machinery that turns our early traction into a repeatable, scalable revenue engine. This role has the potential to be a career accelerant for someone with ambitious goals and a "whatever it takes" attitude. This is not a typical 9-5!
You'll be the operational backbone that enables our team to scale efficiently. This is a systems-first, data-driven role focused on building repeatable processes and operational excellence. You'll help own business operations across the full customer lifecycle, creating the infrastructure and documentation that turns manual work into scalable systems.
You'll have broad operational ownership with particular emphasis on building our revenue engine and GTM/Growth infrastructure. As a force multiplier, you'll work cross-functionally to optimize everything revenue related. You'll report to the COO.
What You'll Do
- Build comprehensive databases of our $310B insurance market, mapping broker networks and identifying high-value prospects
- Create financial models to optimize our pricing strategy, forecast revenue growth, and support board reporting
- Document our sales process from lead to close, creating repeatable playbooks and training materials for our growing team
- Build planning models, quota setting frameworks, and sales capacity planning as we scale the team
- Own our lead scoring system, pipeline processes, and forecasting to drive predictable revenue growth
- Analyze conversion rates, deal cycle times, and cohort performance to identify growth levers and operational bottlenecks
- Partner with leadership on strategic planning and cross-functional project management
- Build executive dashboards tracking ARR, pipeline health, team productivity, and key operational metrics
Who You Are

- Expert in Excel/Google Sheets with financial modeling experience
- Proficient in SQL for data extraction and reporting
