About the role:
Quix Plumbing Service is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations, a highly cross-functional role drives alignment between Sales and Marketing teams. The Director of Revenue Operations is part of the leadership team and is ultimately responsible for providing crucial insights and recommendations for improvement backed by data. Success in this role requires combining strong business acumen with analytics capabilities to define metrics, measure performance, investigate behavior, diagnose root causes, conduct in-depth analysis, and recommend solutions. This role reports to the Integrator (COO).
Please note that this role is based in Brooklyn, New York, and is not a remote position.

What you'll do:
- Identify and recommend business objectives and strategies to drive revenue
- Lead Go to Market strategies as well as leading all business development functions including B2C and B2B
- Conduct leadership, management, and accountability with direct reports
- Create processes to encourage collaboration between the sales and marketing teams
- Pick the technology needed for the teams above, helping employees understand how to use tools (think: CRM) at each stage of the customer journey
- Look at business analytics and data across departments to make decisions
What you'll bring:
- BS/BA degree.
- 3+ years of revenue operations, systems implementation, analytics, reporting, forecasting, planning and leadership experience.
- Experience leading a team.
- Exceptional planning, organizational, analytical, reporting and communication skills.
- Strong leadership presence and ability to influence others.
- Background leveraging data and analytics in decision making.
- Not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
- Experience working with cross functional teams to achieve company objectives.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with BI Tools.
- Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System.
- Experience using/integrating Zoho into the rhythm of the business.
