Job Description
Title: Oracle CPQ PLM Project Manager
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented PLM & CPQ Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand PLM and CPQ process requirements.
- Support the implementation, configuration, and administration of PLM and/or CPQ systems.
- Analyze, map, and optimize current business processes related to product lifecycle and quote-to-cash.
- Work closely with IT and business teams to develop and test system enhancements and integrations.
- Provide end-user training and support, ensuring proper documentation and user adoption.
- Participate in data management and governance across PLM and CPQ systems.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in a functional or techno-functional role supporting PLM or CPQ systems.
- Strong understanding of product configuration, quoting, and lifecycle management processes.
- Experience with business requirements gathering and solution design.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Nice to Have:
- Exposure to PTC Windchill or Oracle CPQ platforms.
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering-driven industries.
