The Sales Operations Specialist works closely with sales, finance, and production departments to ensure a smooth process for the customer from the quote to the shipment of their machines. This person takes pride in providing exceptional service to all customers, internal and external. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, can prioritize efficiently and effectively, finds energy in owning processes, and commands details with high accuracy.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with sales, finance, and production to ensure accuracy of machine quoting, machine order entry, machine invoicing, and title paperwork for truck mounted machines
- Lead or assist with logistic coordination details, such as confirming receipt of final payments, machine completion, coordinating third-party transportation with communication to customers
- Work directly with customers, banks, and finance companies to coordinate and confirm payments
- Collaborate with sales and other departments to identify and execute new initiatives that advance our ability to serve both internal and external customers
- Assist the team to organize and coordinate events such as trade shows and product demonstration events
- Positively embrace challenges with confidence, seeing opportunity in the face of setbacks
- Develop creative and logistical solutions for travel and events, prioritizing efficiency and impact for sales representatives and others involved
- Serve as back-up phone support and help direct customers to appropriate individuals/groups

Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills; proficient in Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal
- Able to establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers and customers
