Rate: €230+ per day (depending on experience)
Role Location: Poland (Fully remote, must be based in the EU)
The company: A leading software company with a bespoke product for the finance industry.
Role and Responsibilities: Signify have partnered up with a European SaaS organisation specialising in offering a solution to large financial institutions across the globe. We are hiring for a Sales Operations Manager to work within the commercial side of the business reporting into the Chief Commercial Officer
Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS environment
- Revenue operations strategy, process design, data analysis, systems admin, commercial finance, cross-functional facilitation, continuous improvement, change management.
- Responsible for the governance, processes, systems, and analytics that enable revenue performance
- Enhance CRM, run global forecast cadence, and more!
- Working with KPIs (forecast accuracy, Quote-to-cash cycle time error rate, Deal desk SLA compliances etc)
- Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously
