Sales Operations Programs Coordinator (Contingent)

📍 Location: Peachtree Corners, GA

🕓 Schedule: 30 hours/week (Monday–Thursday)

💰 Pay Rate: Up to $31.50/hr (W2)

📅 Duration: 12 months

About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Programs Coordinator to join the US Sales Operations team. In this role, you’ll support coordination, logistics, and fulfillment of internal assets that drive Intuitive’s sales and marketing demo programs.

You’ll play a key role in managing communication between sales, marketing, and logistics teams — ensuring timely execution of commercial events and flawless handling of demo assets.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Coordinate program timelines, deliverables, and survey tracking

✅ Schedule and manage the movement of demo systems and accessories

✅ Support shipping/receiving and intake processing of internal assets

✅ Troubleshoot and test demo equipment before deployment

✅ Manage warehouse inventory (systems, instrumentation, accessories)

✅ Operate material handling equipment (pallet jack, label machine)

✅ Assist with system maintenance and upgrades

Required Skills & Experience

🎓 Bachelor’s degree (required)

💼 2–4 years of relevant experience; logistics experience a plus

⚙️ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

💪 Able to lift up to 80 lbs

🚗 Valid driver’s license

🌟 Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
