Key Responsibilities:

- Process Management: Develop and continuously refine sales processes to ensure deals move through a consistent, efficient workflow.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead weekly meetings between Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align deliverables and timelines.
- Sales Enablement: Maintain accurate, up-to-date sales materials, presentations, and tools.
- Pricing and Contract Oversight: Review and validate pricing, proposals, term sheets, and contracts for accuracy and consistency.
- Commission and Compensation Administration: Manage transparency and accuracy in commission structures and payments.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Oversee quarterly sales budgets, forecasting, and performance tracking by salesperson and business line.
- Technology and Tools: Evaluate and manage CRM systems, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve visibility and decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions to improve conversion rates, sales velocity, and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on structure, systems, and accountability.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or revenue operations within an agency, consulting, or enterprise-sales environment.
- Deep understanding of service-based or consultative sales cycles.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with leadership, legal, finance, and marketing teams.
- Experience creating and managing forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that requires adaptability and collaboration.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary ($80,000)
- Bonus opportunities tied to company performance
- Health, dental, and vision benefits
- Hybrid work flexibility
- Opportunity to work directly with a world-renowned entrepreneur and a dynamic, high-performing team
