Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished and highly driven Business Operations to lead and optimize the operational backbone of our growing organization. This role will oversee cross-functional coordination between Business Operations, Field Operations, and Finance, driving efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence across all programs and entities. The successful candidate brings deep operational expertise in technical services, data center, or infrastructure environments, along with a proven track record in business system management, process design, and strategic execution. Experience in mergers and acquisitions, international operations, and entity integration is highly valued. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping operational strategy and ensuring the seamless execution of business initiatives across our expanding global footprint.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operational Coordination & Process (50%)
- Lead and enhance cross-departmental operations between Business Operations, Field Operations, and Finance to ensure organizational alignment and execution readiness.
- Design and implement scalable business systems and processes to improve performance, visibility, and reporting accuracy across all operational functions. • Oversee CRM and ERP platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP), ensuring data integrity, process automation, and accurate forecasting.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives that optimize productivity, quality, and accountability across departments.
- Support strategic growth initiatives including business acquisitions, entity setup, and post-acquisition integration, ensuring efficient transitions and sustained performance.
- Governance, Documentation & Compliance (50%)
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), operational playbooks, and policy frameworks.
- Establish governance standards across operational documentation systems (SharePoint, SmartSheet, Lucid, etc.) to ensure version control, accessibility, and compliance.
- Partner with department heads to identify operational risks, inefficiencies, and compliance gaps, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
- Support onboarding and integration of new entities, customer programs, and international operations, including insurance administration and legal compliance.
- Ensure operational alignment with corporate governance, security standards, and regulatory requirements across all markets.
Contract Management
- Own and manage the contract lifecycle: drafting, redlining, routing, and tracking MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and service agreements.
- Work closely with Legal and Finance to ensure all contracts align with risk guidelines and financial standards.
- Maintain a central repository (e.g., SharePoint) for contracts and ensure audit readiness through proper documentation and version control.
- Track and communicate key contract milestones—renewals, obligations, SLAs, and amendments—to internal stakeholders.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for contract-related questions, change requests, and customer documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of experience in business operations, process coordination, or internal operations support.
- Familiarity with technical services, data center, or infrastructure industries is highly desirable.
- Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite, or SAP.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate, timely results.
- Collaborative mindset with a keen attention to detail.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
- Experience supporting business acquisitions, entity setup, and post-acquisition integration.
- Exposure to international operations and cross-border compliance.
- Experience creating and maintaining SOPs or operational playbooks.
- Understanding of compliance, customer onboarding, and project setup workflows.
- Familiarity with business agreements (NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, SLAs, etc.).
