We are seeking a high-calibre Deputy CFO / Head of Finance to play a key role in driving financial strategy and governance across our global operations. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role supporting the executive team in steering the company through continued international growth.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the CFO on financial strategy, planning, and performance management across multiple markets.
- Oversee group consolidation, reporting, and compliance with statutory and international requirements.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Strengthen internal controls, governance, and risk management frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with business and manufacturing leaders in China to align financial operations and cost management.
- Support investor reporting, audit processes, and external stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA) preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within a multinational or listed company environment.
- Strong technical knowledge in group reporting, consolidation, and compliance.
- Prior exposure to cross-border manufacturing or supply chain environments preferred.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultural and geographic teams.
- Willingness to undertake extensive overseas travel/ relocate to Kunshan, China for first 6–12 months.
