Position : CA – Accounting
Reporting to: Promoter / Management
Function : Accounts & Finance

Educational Qualification:- CA (Qualified)
Work experience (in years) :- 8-10 Years post qualification
Roles and Responsibilities : -
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly MIS and financial analysis to the Promoter/Management.
• Conduct variance analysis, project profitability reviews, and cash flow forecasts.
• Support management decisions through detailed financial insights.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations—general ledger, payables, receivables, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely completion of Statutory Audit and Tax Audit.
• Prepare and finalize financial statements as per IND AS.
• Manage all RERA compliances including registration, quarterly updates, and financial disclosures.
• Oversee direct and indirect tax compliances (TDS, GST, and income tax filings).
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities.
• Lead and mentor a finance team of 5–8 members.
• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to internal controls and timelines.
• Drive process improvement and team productivity.
• Assist the Promoter/Management in financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Support project costing, fund flow management, and capital allocation decisions.
• Contribute to building robust internal control systems and governance frameworks.
Key Skills/Experience the Candidate Should Have -
Technical (T) and Non-Technical (NT):-
• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
• Experience: 8–10 years post-qualification, preferably in Real
Estate / Construction / Infrastructure sector.
• Strong knowledge of RERA, IND AS, Taxation, and Audit
processes.
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and Excel-based reporting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and present to
management.
