As the company continues to grow, they are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take ownership of financial operations and lead budgeting, accounting, and performance strategy across the organization. This is a collaborative, hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working closely with operational and accounting teams to turn financial insights into actionable business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, accounting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop, manage, and adjust budgets in collaboration with department leaders and executive leadership.
- Provide training and support to operational teams to strengthen financial understanding and ownership.
- Partner with the accounting team to ensure accuracy, transparency, and consistency across financial reporting.
- Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend data-driven strategies for improved efficiency.
- Deliver timely financial insights to guide operational and investment decisions.
- Strengthen internal controls, systems, and processes to support growth and long-term stability.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to ownership and leadership on both day-to-day operations and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Strong background in budgeting, accounting, and financial strategy within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and train others on financial concepts.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to managing financial operations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- CPA is a plus, but not required.
