SNI has partnered with a well-established agency that is seeking to add a Chief Financial Officer to their executive team following a strategic leadership transition. The company has a strong financial foundation, a comprehensive platform for their programs, and an experienced support team for finance, risk, and asset management. This role will oversee the entire organization’s mult-million dollar financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning, including its instrumentalities, and will play a key role in ensuring fiscal stability and growth. This comes with a good base salary, pension plan and 4 day work weeks.
Chief Financial Officer
- 5-10+ years in senior finance roles with experience in budgeting, forecasting, debt and cash management, and strategic financial planning.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and oversee professional teams and multiple departments (Accounting, Procurement, IT, HR, Insurance), driving accountability and results.
- Skilled in risk assessment, insurance programs, property transactions, financial systems optimization, and navigating complex, highly regulated environments.
- CPA preferred; not required
