Role Overview:
We’re seeking a Revenue Operations Intern to support our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams in driving operational efficiency and enabling data-driven decision-making. You’ll work closely with leadership to streamline processes, analyze performance metrics, and help align all revenue-generating functions for scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in optimizing end-to-end revenue processes across Sales, Marketing, and CS.
- Support CRM management (HubSpot/Zoho) — ensuring data hygiene and process consistency.
- Help build and maintain dashboards to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and key KPIs.
- Work with leadership on forecasting and sales planning support.
- Ensure smooth lead flow between marketing and sales, with proper tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align on goals and performance metrics.
- Contribute to tool integrations and automation projects for better operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate or final-year student in B.Tech, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and sales funnels.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of WhatsApp or CRM integrations.
- Interest in SaaS, B2B sales, or marketing analytics.
- Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools.
