The Senior Specialist, Sales Operations supports the execution of sales operations, customer development initiatives, and process optimization to enable scalable growth and operational excellence across the North American sales organization.
This role is responsible for managing data-driven insights, coordinating cross-functional activities, and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team through streamlined systems, reporting, and customer engagement support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Operations & Process Management
- Support daily sales operations, including quotation reviews, order processing, CRM/ERP updates, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate sales workflow improvements by identifying inefficiencies and supporting implementation of new tools, templates, and policies.
- Maintain and analyze key sales metrics and dashboards to support decision-making and forecasting accuracy.
- Assist in preparing regular reports for leadership, including pipeline performance, customer analysis, and sales efficiency metrics.
2. Customer Development Support
- Support the Top 20 customer strategy by maintaining account profiles, sales trackers, and engagement records.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and customer presentations.
- Coordinate customer visits, events, and feedback collection to improve satisfaction and engagement.
- Monitor account performance and provide insights to help identify opportunities for upselling or account expansion.
3. Sales Enablement & Team Support
- Assist in organizing sales training, workshops, and onboarding programs to enhance sales capabilities.
- Maintain and update sales enablement materials, ensuring alignment with company strategy and product positioning.
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment partners to support hiring logistics and team performance tracking.
- Facilitate internal communication and knowledge-sharing within the sales organization.
4. Reporting & Analytics
- Generate regular and ad-hoc sales performance reports for management review.
- Conduct data validation and analysis to ensure accuracy in CRM/ERP systems and dashboards.
- Support annual budgeting, NPS surveys, and S&OP alignment through data preparation and cross-departmental coordination.
- Track promotional campaigns and incentive programs to evaluate ROI and performance impact.
5. Customer Experience & Market Coordination
- Support execution of customer engagement activities such as factory tours, production line schedules, and satisfaction follow-ups.
- Maintain documentation and feedback channels to capture and address customer needs.
- Assist in implementing customer satisfaction improvement initiatives (e.g., NPS enhancement, feedback analysis).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel, CRM, and ERP systems.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, HR, and Finance teams.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus.
