Infrastructure Precast Logistics is an equal opportunity at-will employer seeking a motivated and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our growing team. This full-time position will be an on-site role at our Beaver Dam, KY location.
Duties and responsibilities
· Responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s finances, including Controller duties
· Able to provide financial recommendations to the CEO, Board of Directors, and Shareholders.
· Responsible for strategic planning, risk management, and execution of short- and long-term company goals.
· Develop and maintain budgets, forecasting, strategy development, oversight of all accounting functions, including receivables and payables.
· Accurate financial reporting, regulation compliance, risk mitigation, capital allocation
· Monitor and report on all financial metrics, including overall financial performance analysis, in order to identify areas of improvement.
· Analysis of potential investment or acquisition opportunities, including preparation for acquisition
· Work closely with other managers and leadership to develop and execute strategic plans.
· Able to communicate with corporate officers, Board of Directors, shareholders, and external financial auditors.
· Manage contracts of external financial auditors.
· Other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance.
- MBA or Master’s in Finance degree preferred.
- CPA or CMA designation preferred.
- Minimum 5-10 years progressive experience in accounting or financial management
- Prior leadership in a Controller and/or CFO role, preferably in a manufacturing or construction industry.
- Experience managing external auditors and oversight for regulatory compliance
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software (i.e. Quickbooks, Netsuite, etc.)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Able to communicate with all levels within the organization
- Strong decision making and analytical skills
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
