POSITION SUMMARY: Our client is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join their industrial manufacturing business in the Toledo area! The right candidate will be a data-driven thought partner who works cross-functionally to help teams dive deeper into their financials. The CFO will build FP&A discipline and processes to proactively evaluate operational, commercial, and financial metrics to achieve $12M EBITDA organically within three years. They will oversee cash flow in a highly variable, engineered-to-order, project-based business while strategizing investments for organic growth and M&A. The CFO will be a critical member of the leadership team responsible for shaping and executing the strategic planning pro

EDUCATION AND EXP

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required; MBA or similar - preferredProfessional certifications (CPA or CFA)
