Chief Financial Officer (CFO) | Strategic Financial Leadership | ESOP & S-Corp Expertise

Are you a results-driven finance leader ready to shape strategy, performance, and growth at the executive level?

We’re looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead all aspects of financial strategy, accounting operations, and organizational growth in an employee-owned, S-Corporation environment.

As a key member of the executive team, you’ll partner with senior leadership and the Board of Directors to deliver financial insight, drive profitability, and ensure regulatory and ESOP compliance, all while building a culture of ownership, accountability, and transparency.

What You’ll Do

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to guide strategic decisions.
Oversee accounting operations, audits, and GAAP/IFRS compliance.
Drive cash-flow optimization, capital structure management, and long-term profitability.
Manage ESOP administration, valuations, and compliance with IRS and DOL standards.
Ensure S-Corporation compliance, including shareholder distributions and reporting.
Advise executive leadership on strategic investments, growth opportunities, and risk management.
Build and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team.
Maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, and external partners.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CPA preferred).
10+ years of progressive financial leadership, ideally in an ESOP or S-Corp setting.
Proven success as a CFO, VP of Finance, or senior financial executive.
Deep expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and business strategy.
Strong communication and board presentation skills, with executive presence.
