Required Education:
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience
- KPI development & reporting
- Data analysis and presentation using Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel
- Territory alignment execution
- Quota/growth setting support
- Sales enablement and stakeholder partnership
- External data analysis for sales strategy support
- Ad hoc analytical support including customer solutions and Model N
- Distributor tracing and third-party data utilization
Sales Operations Analyst Overview
Supports Sales Operations by producing analytics, reporting KPIs, enabling insights for sales effectiveness, and assisting sales teams with strategy and alignment processes.
Job Duties
- Support KPI and sales performance metric reporting
- Provide actionable insights through analytics using BI tools
- Execute territory alignment process
- Support sales quota and growth planning
- Partner with sales, enablement, and leadership teams
- Analyze external data to support sales strategies
- Provide cross-functional ad hoc business analysis (Model N, Distributor Tracing, customer solutions)
