Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Oversee accounting, reporting, and compliance
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic financial decisions
- Help scale finance operations in a high-growth environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience in startups, fintech, or crypto is a plus
- Fluent in English (German not required)
