Job Description:
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, CPQ)
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud modules – Leads, Opportunities, Forecasting, Territory Management
- Experience in creating Triggers, Batch Apex, Schedulable Apex, and Test Classes
- Hands-on knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and Governor Limits
- Experience with component and application events in Lightning
- Knowledge of deployment tools – Change Sets, ANT Migration Tool, or Salesforce DevOps solutions
- Understanding of Object Relationships (Master-Detail, Lookup, Junction, etc.) and Record Sharing Mechanisms
- Familiarity with Lightning Message Service (LMS), Custom Settings, and Connected Apps
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
