- Proven experience in a sales support, customer service, or operations coordination role within a B2B (business-to-business) environment — wholesale, retail, or FMCG experience highly regarded.
- Previous experience in
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a hands-on approach.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a knack for problem solving.
