A privately held company in the greater Murfreesboro area is seeking a proven financial executive to serve as its next Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is a confidential search for a leader who can bring strategic insight, operational excellence, and hands-on management to a growing organization with multiple revenue streams and significant operational scale.
The CFO will partner directly with ownership and executive leadership to drive financial performance, strengthen systems, and support continued expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to support growth, capital planning, and operational decision-making.
- Manage cash flow, cost analysis, and long-term financial planning.
- Direct and develop accounting staff and establish effective internal controls.
