With a long-term vision to build a legacy-minded organization grounded in excellence and impact, the company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to establish its financial and operational foundation.
This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for a Chief Financial Officer who is eager to help build the business itself. You’ll work directly with the founders to architect the firm’s financial systems, operational frameworks, and capital strategy as it scales across the U.S. and internationally. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in corporate finance, governance, and global operations, paired with the ability to design structure where none exists. Key Focus Areas
- Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with business growth and international expansion.
- Build internal systems for accounting, forecasting, and governance from the ground up.
- Partner with founders on capitalization strategy, investment priorities, and financial sustainability.
- Establish internal controls, reporting, and compliance frameworks to support regulated and cross-border business activities.
- Evaluate and implement ERP and financial platforms to streamline multi-entity operations.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance and operations team
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA, CPA, or CFA required.
- At least 10 years as a proven CFO or senior finance leader with experience scaling professional services, consulting, or global enterprises.
- Adept at balancing strategic foresight with hands-on execution, particularly in early-stage or transformation environments.
- Fluent in financial systems, data-driven decision making, and governance.
