About the Role
We’re seeking a Business Operations Lead (Asia). This high-impact role blends executive support, operational excellence, and strategic execution in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
You’ll serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, managing complex calendars, streamlining workflows, coordinating travel and meetings, and driving clarity across priorities. You’ll leverage modern productivity and AI tools to amplify leadership impact across the region.
What You’ll Do
- Executive Support: Manage calendars across time zones, triage inboxes, and coordinate leadership rhythms.
- Operational Excellence: Prepare meeting materials, track actions, and drive accountability.
- Travel & Logistics: Oversee travel, offsites, and onsite coordination.
- Systems & Tools: Champion automation and AI-driven collaboration using Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Power Automate.
- Communication: Draft executive communications and bridge cultural nuances across Asia.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years in executive support, business operations, or chief of staff roles.
- Strong communication skills across diverse cultures.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 tools and AI productivity platforms.
- Calm under pressure, proactive, and solutions oriented.
