👋 About Remark
Remark is reshaping the e-commerce landscape by harnessing the power of AI and personalized support to solve a critical problem: the low conversion rates plaguing online shopping. Our platform connects shoppers with trained product experts, using AI to enhance every interaction and turn browsing into buying. With Remark, we're not just selling products; we're providing a seamless, personalized shopping experience that boosts revenue and builds loyalty.
We're a mix of visionaries, tech enthusiasts, and, frankly, a few eccentrics who've sharpened our skills at giants like Amazon, Microsoft, and Salesforce. Now, we're channeling our collective expertise into building an environment that values curiosity, innovation, and a bit of fun along the way.
👫 About The Team
We're a https://www.withremark.com/about#team with experience at companies like Amazon, Salesforce, Ramp, DocuSign, and Microsoft. We’ve raised over $27M from investors like Inspired Capital, Neo, Stripe, and angels such as Dave Habiger (CEO of JD Power, Chairman of Reddit). We’re soon moving to a beautiful new office in Boston. We work hard but also have fun together (at least one company retreat per year + frequent team dinners and outings).
🧑🔧 About The Role
You’ll be the operational backbone of our go-to-market motion -- designing the systems and workflows that help our sales team move fast and stay focused. You’ll own HubSpot end-to-end, maintaining clean, structured data that powers accurate forecasts and meaningful insights. You’ll use tools like Clay and Unify to automate prospecting, enrich records, and identify high-intent leads. You’ll partner with Sales and Operations teams to build dashboards, standardize reporting, and ensure we always have a clear picture of performance. Your work will directly shape how Remark creates and converts pipeline.
