Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Operations Specialist located in Sydney, NSW. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational accuracy, supporting business growth, and delivering exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in sales operations within the technology or IT solutions industry and a strong ability to manage complex, cross-functional workflows in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Quotation, Order Processing & Invoicing
- Collaborate with Sales and product team to create accurate, customer-aligned quotes and process orders efficiently.
- Ensure all pricing, product details, and contract terms meet internal policies and customer expectations.
- end-to-end invoicing process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.
Supply Chain Support
- Monitor and manage supply chain activities to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to proactively address potential delays or issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a central link between Cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate smooth communication, alignment, and execution across all operational areas.
Timely Delivery & Service Excellence
- Ensure all operational commitments are delivered on time.
- Uphold exceptional accuracy and service quality in every interaction.
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Prepare detailed order, invoicing, and logistics reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, accuracy, and overall operational efficiency.
