Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping SVCC’s financial strategy, overseeing fundraising, investor relations, and financial compliance for U.S. entities.
This position requires a leader with global financial acumen, startup agility, and a strong understanding of cross-border operations and corporate finance.

Middle Town, Manhatten, New York.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement corporate financial strategy aligned with SVCC’s global growth objectives.
- Fundraising & Investment: Lead capital-raising efforts (angel/VC/PE), manage investor relations, and structure joint ventures or equity partnerships.
- Financial Operations: Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across multi-entity operations (U.S.).
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance with U.S. GAAP, Chinese tax regulations, and cross-border investment laws.
- Partnerships & M&A: Support cross-border project financing, EB-5 investment programs, and due-diligence processes for strategic partners.
- Leadership & Culture: Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to shape corporate governance and long-term value creation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CPA/CFA or EMBA preferred.
- 10+ years of financial leadership experience, ideally in consulting, investment, or cross-border business environments.
- Proven track record in fundraising, corporate structuring, or international expansion.
- Strong knowledge of U.S.–China capital markets, tax regimes, and compliance frameworks.
- Bilingual (Mandarin & English) with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
