Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company headquartered in Austin, TX. They are looking for a proven financial leader to join the executive team as CFO. This isn’t a role for someone who manages numbers; they are looking for a strategic partner who thrives in high-growth, tech-driven environments and can guide them through the next phase of scale.

You’ll oversee all aspects of the company’s financial operations, from forecasting and budgeting to capital strategy and investor relations, while leading a seasoned finance team. The right candidate will bring a blend of SaaS industry experience, operational discipline, and a hands-on leadership style. You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive financial strategy, profitability, and sustainable growth.

What you’ll bring:

Proven track record as a CFO or senior finance leader in a SaaS or subscription-based business
Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, etc.) and revenue recognition models
Strong financial planning, capital management, and forecasting skills
Experience leading Finance, Accounting, and FP&A functions through growth or scaling stages
Familiarity with NetSuite ERP (they run on it), though industry and leadership experience are higher priorities
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Based in or near Austin — local presence matters for this role
