Introduction
Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this Sales Operations Specialist position. This position is a contract opportunity which is expected to be Hybrid, with occasional visits to Arlington, VA offices for a expected duration of greater than 6 months.
Summary
The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for Corporate Business Development and Strategic & Key Account Management (SAM/KAM) functions combining Regional Sales Operations and SAM/KAM Plan and Opportunity analysis and preparation responsibilities.
Regional Sales Operations Management
- Assist users with functional issues related to using GCRM + T360
- Take the necessary steps with users to ensure that the business data is consistent and of good quality
- Produce monthly reports as required by their respective sales management (OIR, SER, scenario and other reports)
- Forward change requests and to central administration via KISS platform
- Support GBU, BLs, Domains and sectors in their specific issues.
- Support local functions with GCRM + T360 relevant data and analysis.
SAM/KAM Function Support
- Assist Strategic & Key Account Managers to build Account Plans for review a CEO, GBU and EXCOM levels
- Support quarterly review and updates of designated Account Plans above
- Perform targeted research and preparation of presentations & materials supporting SAM/KAM Customer outreach
- Coordination among SAM/KAM and NORAM and BL Marketing teams
Qualified candidates would have the following:
Travel:
Minimal to 10%; Quarterly ~2 day visits to Arlington HQ office plus additional meetings as required ( Candidate must be open to travel as needed )

SKILLS
- Min 3 years of experience in technology industry in either business development, sales, marketing, finance or project management roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or related field
- Strong interpersonal and team working skills
- Robust data analytical and writing capabilities
- Strong facility with CRM application and all major MS Office - Emphasis on Excel
- Well-developed network of Thales PoCs for Sales and GCRM reporting
