A Sales Operations Manager should be capable of handling a wide range of tasks pertaining to the organization’s sales operations. Primarily, a Sales Operations Manager should ensure that your sales processes and teams are operating optimally. Some of their daily tasks include:
- Developing and implementing sales processes for sales teams, specialists and other representatives
- Identifying customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and consumer trends
- Implementing and manage CRM tools to maximize opportunities and customer relationships
- Supervising a staff of highly trained personal assistants
- Assist when needed in the selling high-end reception, professional staffing, and virtual office services to our prospects (mainly small business owners).
- Maximize leads generated through the company’s resources and efforts
Required Skills and Experience:
- Technology skills to utilize CRM and database software tools in daily tasks
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; both oral and written
- Capacity to listen, understand and develop a consultative relationship with clients
- Comfortable level of computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology (Quick books, Excel, Office and Mobile apps)
- A strong and persistent networker who has the desire to and takes pride in self-generating business
- A clean driving record and reliable transportation
