What You'll Do
🎯 Lead and streamline HR operations across multi-state or multi-entity environments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
📊 Manage and optimize HR systems (HRIS, payroll, benefits) to drive automation and process efficiency.
🤝 Partner with Finance and Payroll to align data integrity, reporting, and compliance standards.
📝 Develop and implement scalable HR processes for onboarding, compensation, and performance management.
🛠️ Use data and analytics to support workforce planning, compensation insights, and continuous improvement.
🔍 Ideal for candidates from retail, manufacturing, PEO, payroll processing, or hospitality industries with 8+ years of HR operations experience.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
✅ 8+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, people systems, or total rewards; experience in multi-state or global environments preferred.
✅ Deep understanding of HR technology ecosystems (e.g., Dayforce, ADP Workforce Now, Workday, or equivalent).
✅ Proven ability to design and optimize HR processes with a focus on automation and data accuracy.
✅ Experience Managing HRIS Implementations, Integrations, And Reporting Functions.
✅ Advanced analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, Tableau, SQL, or scripting languages (Python, R) a plus.
✅ Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills with a bias for process improvement.
✅ Familiarity with U.S. and Canadian employment laws, compliance standards, and multi-entity payroll processes.
✅ Demonstrated success leading teams or projects within high-growth or complex organizational structures.
