Roles & Responsibilities
•The incumbent will act as a key member of ManCom and work towards unlocking true potential of Port Business.
•Provide leadership in designing and executing business strategies to ensure delivery of all business goals as per set targets
•Play a critical role in generating free cash flow, gross working capital and revenue
•Ensure right marketing and pricing strategy for margin protection.
•Ensure return on investments for all strategic projects and assets
•Treasury controls and enhanced MAS ratings from Tier-1 to Tier-1+
•Drive key policy advocacy matters and ensure stakeholder value generation
•Ensure leadership pipeline development and grooming
•Responsible for driving highest order of governance, ethics, compliance and transparent reporting and managing business risk.
•Strong focus on cutting edge technology, digitalization & benchmarking with Global Best Practice organization.
Candidate Profile :
Proven leaders with 8-10 years of experience in leadership roles in Finance.
Educational Qualification: CA with relevant experience.
