We are currently supporting a key client of ours with the recruitment of a
Sales Operations Manager to join their fast paced regulated hybrid working business.
This is an important role for our client, if successful in this role you will lead large teams across a large and rapidly growing inbound FCA regulated sales function. It will be your responsibility to drive performance whilst ensuring service quality.
Responsibilities

Create targets that are deliverable and ensure colleagues not just deliver but aim to exceed their sales targets.
Hands-on role ensuring you instil trust by fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and engaging culture.
Engaging, motivating and influencing the wider team to deliver their best at all times
Manage Employee Relations effectively including investigations, grievances and disciplinary
Be a strong sales leader and role model for your team
Proactively support and drive team-build initiatives
Our client is a large well known multi site business, they have partnerships with some of the largest and well-known brands in the UK. They are known for their supportive and collaborative working environment, and this will be an important investment into their senior leadership team.
