Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Programs Manager with AI/Data focus. This is a full-time, on-site position located in San Jose, CA. As a Program Manager (AI Products GTM), you will oversee and coordinate go-to-market (GTM) strategies for AI product initiatives and launch new solutions/platforms with our strongest Global Partners like OCI, NVIDIA, GCP. Your responsibilities will include cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to execute product launches and ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires a strategic partner-based selling mentality, creativity, thriving in building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and closing complex enterprise deals with our partners on the chosen strategic AI/Data solution plays. Additionally, you will track project milestones, manage timelines, ensure delivery of business outcome driven solution plays, and communicate key updates and results to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a partner-driven product/solution strategy to drive revenue growth across multiple enterprise accounts across the world.
- Build a deep understanding of DDN’s solutions and effectively communicate value to business and technical stakeholders.
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new solutions/platform-partnerships to build a strong and sustainable pipeline.
- Manage the relevant projects and solution play presentation, demos, and sales enablement.
- Collaborate with technical teams and internal stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Ensure partner and customer satisfaction, drive renewals, and develop accounts into long-term partnerships.
- 50-60% Travel within the focused segments as required for customer meetings, presentations, and events.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, pre-sales, ABM/Sales oriented project planning, product launches and program management
- Familiarity with NVIDA ecosystem of AI products, Enterprise AI data solutions, and high-performance computing, super-computing & Enterprise industries
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including working with sales, marketing, product management, and technical teams
- Proficiency in tools for project management, tracking, and coordination
- Creative and Design Thinking skills to apply for empathizing with partners & customers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage timelines, resource allocations, and meet deadlines effectively
- 5+ years Experience in a technical environment is helpful in working with various SA, SE and Directors in partner solution plays
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and is motivated by exceeding targets.
