Position Overview
We are seeking an Operations professional with strong experience in Marketing Operations, capable of balancing strategic thinking with detailed execution. The Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst, Marketing is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where everyday brings new challenges and opportunities.

Position Responsibilities
- Support Field Marketing, ABM, and Demand Generation activities and campaigns from planning to completion.
- Be an expert and go-to person for Marketing Technology tools (specifically, Demandbase and Marketo), while providing accurate performance reporting and being the point person for ongoing configuration improvements, issue monitoring, etc.
- Own Account and Lead scoring methodology and configuration, proactively assess and propose improvements currently used scoring and account prioritization.
- Ensure that the Sales & Marketing teams have the tools they need to succeed; evaluate usage and capability of the tools currently in use.
- Continually build, optimize, and maintain operational processes for increased marketing program effectiveness.
- Work collaboratively with key cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of programs on time.
- Work with RevOps leadership to develop organizational goals, while providing data-driven inputs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 4+ years’ experience in a similar role in the technology industry.
- Strong skills in Demandbase and Marketo.
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.).
- Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Proven track record of successful collaboration with business partners and sales leaders.
- Comfortable operating cross-functionally and navigating through ambiguity.

- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Possesses a unique blend of analytical, process and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Results-oriented and possesses a strong work ethic.
- Intelligent, confident and humble.
