The perfect candidate is currently thriving in audio podcast and video digital media revenue. Bleav currently features 500 unique audio and video shows, 800 hosts, 150 professional athletes, 2 FAST TV channels, 3 TuneIn radio stations, TV and radio syndications, social media, YouTube and more. Responsibilities
- Lead Bleav's revenue, developing annual business plan and growth targets
- Develop both short-term results and long-term growth strategy across podcast, YouTube, Fast Channels, production, syndication, merchandise, social media and more
- Build and grow the sales organization
- Develop and implement our sales management processes – pipeline, account planning, materials and proposals
- Partner and oversee third party sellers, agencies, etc
- Identify and implement new revenue generating technologies
- Create accountability within the company by developing appropriate metrics and performance expectations for their team
- Meet and exceed financial goals
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
Requirements
- Candidate must show results as a Chief Revenue Officer, Senior Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Sales, Account Executive, Sales Manager or similarly titled relevant role at a digital network, YouTube network, podcast network, sports media, media conglomerate, or content creation company
- Enjoys cold reach outs
- Knowledge of sports and sports
- Knowledge of third party sellers, sales agencies, and brand direct relationships
- Ability to create and grow a team and organizational culture
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher strongly preferred
- 8+ years experience
- Ability to be in the Los Angeles office
