Role Overview
This role will focus on supporting the growth of RxPx in UK and EMEA, contributing to our regional go-to-market strategy and day-to-day program operations. As RxPx is a growing and nimble company, you will wear many hats, supporting value proposition development and positioning, competitive understanding, lead generation, customer discovery, sales pipeline development, and account management. This position requires a mindset to be able to think cross-functionally to bring together subject matter experts from different disciplines to establish a compelling offering in the UK and EMEA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem solving and an eagerness for learning by doing and is motivated by improving patient’s lives through digital health.
You will report to the General Manager, UK & EMEA. We operate on a cadence on weekly 1:1 meetings, bi-weekly team huddles with global colleagues, and monthly town halls with the full company. Our staff are empowered to take ownership of key initiatives but with appropriate guidance and ad hoc checkpoints as needed. As an owner of your work, you will have the opportunity to collaborate directly with senior leadership and to present key deliverables to the broader team and organization. As you gain familiarity with RxPx and its offerings, there will be opportunity to develop professionally with greater responsibility in either a sales-focused trajectory (e.g., manage 2-3 key accounts) or an operations trajectory (e.g., take on a program manager role for ongoing patient support and patient experience programs operating with our UK and EMEA customers). We will conduct annual objective/key result setting exercises and regular 360 performance reviews to ensure that assigned tasks are supporting your progression and are fulfilling your motivations for the role.
Location: Remote, London metropolitan area preferred. You must have the legal right to work in your area of residence. You can be a resident of a non-UK European country under a third party contractor arrangement, rather than direct employment.
Responsibilities
Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition, including ongoing refinement of value proposition as required
Manage all facets of new business development pipeline within UK and EMEA
o Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands current customer base
o Generate new sales opportunities through proactive outbound initiatives and existing relationships
o Identify potential sales leads, qualify the opportunity, develop the solutions/proposal, present/demonstrate the value proposition, and drive for successful closure
o Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Understand client business goals and define solutions that aim to meet their requirements
o Adopts a consultative mindset to drive customer discovery, solution requirements definition, and design thinking
o Collaborate internally and work cross-functionally to develop solutions for potential customers
o Conceptualizes the scope of projects for clients, assembling a cross-functional team and overseeing the team from program initiation through to client delivery
Identify solution improvements or new solutions by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
o Stay abreast of market developments, e.g., digital health trends, data privacy regulations
o Track and monitor competitive landscape within UK and EMEA
Foster a longstanding and mutually beneficial relationships with clients to ensure continuous delivery of exceptional and positive customer experience
o Implement best practices in account management as a regional account manager
o Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards
o Oversees the financial aspects of our book of business at an account level
o May support operational delivery of programs as required

Qualifications
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Communications, Marketing/Sales, Business, or related field.
Experience
· ~3 years of prior experience and a proven track record in B2B new business development, project management, account management, or consulting in the healthcare or life sciences industry
Skills
· Proven critical thinking and creative problem-solving approach with strong analytical skills
· Self-motivated professional with a result-oriented approach
· Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment, with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and have a sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables
· Project management acumen, with ability to manage upwards and horizontally to drive cross-functional collaboration on solution development
· Excellent communication (written, verbal), interpersonal, and customer service skills including experience presenting and demonstrating solutions to organisations

· Knowledge of the life sciences or healthcare industries
