Job Description for Revenue Operations Analyst:
OMI Industries, the leader in natural odor removing solutions worldwide, is seeking a qualified candidate to join the Revenue Operations team during a period of tremendous projected growth.
The Revenue Operations Specialist will be responsible for developing and publishing Tableau dashboards, KPI's and Visualizations as requested by the OMI user community and C-Suite. This position will also support the Revenue Insights Manager in continuing to build out OMI'S Data Warehouse. They will be involved with multiple analytical projects designed to give the Business Stakeholders insights for more informed decisions. They will be the expert in resolving any reporting issues ranging from data accuracy to security.
Responsibilities of Revenue Operations Analyst include, but are not limited to:
- Developing and publishing Tableau dashboards.

Ensuring all published reports are working as designed and the information they contain is accurate and up to date.

Continuous development on any open reports, dashboards or KPI requests.

Working on analytical projects as prioritized by management.

Researching and testing new technologies / concepts that will add value to the department.

Other duties as assigned.
Work Environment:
The Revenue Operations Analyst will work in a hybrid model – Both in the Corporate Headquarters in Palatine, IL and remotely.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, or another related field

5-8 years of IT experience preferred
- Excellent hands-on experience with Tableau in developing business intelligence dashboards. Knowledge of Power BI, SSRS or other BI tools a plus.
- Knowledge of Tableau Server platform and server-side functionalities including report publishing and security.

Ability to create and edit SQL Server queries within Tableau to build calculated fields. Create interactive filters, parameters, and calculations for preparing dashboards and worksheets.

Ability to write TSQL queries, Views and Stored Procedures to create and extract datasets from Microsoft SQL Server.

Practical understanding of data systems (BI analytics, data warehousing, ETL).

Experience working directly with business analysts or business sponsors to gather and validate functional requirements and provide the design specifications.

Ability to communicate information clearly, concisely, and effectively both orally and in writing.

- Comfortable with ambiguity, and changes in priority.
