Job Description
The Sales Operations Associate is responsible for entering data and researching opportunities for the IDIQ sales organization. They work closely with sales and account management to ensure quality data is input into the system and assist with various projects as they arise. They take a hands-on approach to perform the role, working directly with frontline individuals, leaders, and all applicable applications. Key duties include, but are not limited to:
- Direct Report – Directly reports and collaborates with the Vice President of Sales Operational Services.
- Client Satisfaction – The direct client of the Sales Operations Services department is the IDIQ sales team. The Sales Operations Services team is responsible to assure that the sales teams are satisfied with the overall department direction and performance results in so much as they are helping support the success of IDIQ sales.
- Research – Research and evaluate (using provided specifications) various lead generation sources for the sales team.
- Data Entry - Input and modify existing data as assigned such as information impacting sales commissions, contact information and other proprietary or sensitive information.
- Collaboration - Participate as assigned with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for projects impacting the sales team.
- All other duties and tasks assigned from the SVP of Business Operations.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a support role for either customers or some other internal department.
- Experience performing data entry and quality related tasks.
- Strong analytical skills to make fact-based decisions.
- Time management skills and project management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage different projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to function in a team environment.
- Experience with conducting web research with specifications provided.
- Ability to focus on the most important outcome at the current moment.
- All other duties and tasks assigned from the SVP of Business Operations.
- Ownership & Drive— ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong follow-through and a focus on owning the outcome.
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications with exceptional ability in Excel.
- Solid understanding of data entry quality and ongoing data maintenance.
- Unwavering commitment to transparency, accountability, and driving results for yourself and your team members and stakeholders.
Additional Information
Position Details:
This is a full-time hourly position (40 hours/week).
Pay: The pay range for this position if the work is performed in California is a minimum of $20.00 to a maximum of $24.00 per hour based on a full-time schedule. The actual compensation offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
