Privatal is currently working with a private equity investor to find a new Group CFO for their healthcare portfolio company.
The Ideal CFO Profile
- Demonstrated experience in building up finance functions from scratch, imlementing new systems for ERP, reporting, and similiar.
- Demonstrated experience in buy-and-build scenarios wih related post-merger integrations, consolidation, and synergy realisation.
- Demonstrated experience in working with all stakeholders as banks, investors, audits, etc.
- Demonstrated experience in CAPEX-heavy businesses.
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with banks in LBO scenario.
- Demonstrated experience in leading the organisation through a full transformation process.
- Demonstrated experience and focus on successful management of cash, NWC, and other liquidity topics.
Fluency in German and English is seen as a must.
