We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Manager to partner closely with the Regional Director for Australia & New Zealand (ANZ). As a trusted business advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, improving sales effectiveness, and supporting the ANZ leadership team in achieving growth and performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to the Regional Director and ANZ Sales leadership team, ensuring operational rigor and business execution excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and business operations to enhance productivity and scale.
- Support sales teams across planning and execution cycles, including forecasting, annual planning, monthly/quarterly business reviews, and key account reviews.
- Champion the adoption of sales tools and best practices in business management (Salesforce, Anaplan, Clari).
- Own forecast accuracy and sales funnel health metrics — including pipeline hygiene, overdue deals, and account coverage.
- Analyze key performance indicators (leading and lagging) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner cross-functionally with Area Sales Managers, Channel, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges, streamlining workflows and improving business outcomes.
Requirements:
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in Business Operations, Sales Strategy, or Sales Excellence roles.
- Strong understanding of Subscription, Annual Contract Value (ACV), and Consumption-based business models.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and planning tools such as Salesforce, Anaplan, and Clari.
- Proven experience working within global sales organizations and engaging with senior regional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Results-driven, self-starter, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
