We’re looking for a Go-to-Market Manager to drive growth across digital and retail channels. You’ll take ownership of planning, execution, and optimisation - building strategic partnerships, managing channel performance, and ensuring all products reach and engage the right audiences.
A bit about the role
- Identify and secure new online and offline partnerships to expand reach and drive performance.
- Oversee daily operations across key channels, including product listings, promotions, and inventory.
- Deliver impactful marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue while maintaining strong partner relationships.
- Partner closely with product, marketing, and supply chain teams to align objectives, leverage shared insights, and ensure seamless execution across all initiatives.
- Track and analyse channel KPIs - including traffic, sales, and engagement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving consumer behavior.
A bit about you
- Fluent in English and German
- A strong understanding of the German market.
- Experience in channel operations, eCommerce, or platform marketing.
- Strong understanding of web and app-based commerce, and hands-on experience with digital campaign execution.
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
