Location: Northern New Jersey
Compensation: $400K–$500K + bonus
- Recent acute care hospital experience as a CFO is required
A growing, hospital health system in northern New Jersey is seeking an experienced CFO to provide strategic and operational financial leadership. The organization continues to invest heavily in modernization, performance improvement, and long-term growth.
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring
- 10+ years of hospital CFO experience
- CPA and/or MBA preferred
- Strong background in M&A, payer contracting, and regulatory oversight (NJ DOH, HFFFA, Medicare/Medicaid)
- Prior experience with a Big Four or healthcare consulting/auditing firm highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with highly engaged executive team
