About You
We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our team and support our sales organization. The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for driving effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of the sales team. You will be responsible for continuously improving and safeguarding our sales process to make sure clients and account executives have a frictionless experience.
You'll work with the sales team to develop accurate commissions calculations, special project payouts, contract lifecycle management, and sales rep cadences including forecasting and efficiency metrics.
This role is highly detail oriented, and it is expected that you can manage key details of multiple clients at once.
Responsibilities
- Refine the document collection process between clients
- Own the technical implementation of Zoho CRM and ensure all data records are authoritative
- Handle projects to enhance sales process, improve business processes, and think holistically about the value chain of the sales org
- Handle sales escalations and manage expectations
- Handle internal department escalations with respect to a client
- Find improvements in the sales process and think outside the box to help the sales team manage their operational work
- Be able to uphold high standards of security and work with sensitive client information
- Work with sales leaders to identify areas of improvement where sales bandwidth can be created and align day to day work to departmental goals
- Drive effectiveness, improve efficiencies, and expanding productivity of the sales organization
- Analyze closed/won deals for data integrity
- Calculate monthly commissions and submit to Sales Leadership for review
- Report on Sales Rep and Business Development Rep activity and efficiency
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical skills & detail orientated
- Be able to thrive in a sales & ops environment and understand the needs of salespersons
- Be able to be customer facing and speak to customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have experience improving business processes
- Have experience working with Zoho, Salesforce or any other enterprise CRM
- Have experience working with multiple clients at once
