Deal Desk Specialist / Contract Specialist
THE OPPORTUNITY
The Deal Desk / Contract Specialist is responsible for providing support to the worldwide sales and customer success groups. As a Deal Desk Coordinator, you will play an essential role in supporting the "high touch" motions of sales cycle by ensuring that all deals are reviewed, approved, and closed as quickly and efficiently as possible. This individual contributor role is a true value-add partner and considered the business liaison to the sales and customer success teams.

What You Will Do
- Cultivate internal relationships with all levels of the sales and customer success organization
- Work as the primary liaison between multiple groups, such as Finance and Legal to help facilitate the sales and renewal process
- Act as a subject matter expert for reviewing Sales quotes, overseeing the approval workflow, and assist with order processing for the sales organization
- Prepare, execute, and store all quotes and order documents in a timely manner.
- Route and Process Sales quotes to ensure compliance with company policies and provide regular communication of status to our sales team
- Review Quotes and Contracts before approved
- Responsible for regular communication, order status and support to sales team
- Execute quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Evaluate current processes and offer recommendations for areas of improvement
What You Have
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- High attention to detail with ability to multi-task
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Dependable with deliverables and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a deal desk, contracts, sales operations, finance or revenue role in a SaaS environment
- Understanding of direct sales organizations is a plus
- Proven teamwork skills and flexibility
- Intermediate Excel skills
