Qwikkit is a dynamic, innovative, 6-year-old manufacturer of cabinet makeover kits. We have 185 teammates and $42 million in 2022 revenue. Revenue grew 80% in 2021 and 120% in 2022. We are recruiting a CRO to join our management and, probably our ownership team. This leader will develop, communicate, and execute a strategy and tactical plans to grow Qwikkit’s revenues from more than $65 million in 2023 to more than $150 million in 2026.
The position spans strategy development, tactical planning, project management, and ongoing performance management. Responsibilities include assessing the company’s opportunities in the multiple markets where we have a compelling value proposition, creating a strategic selling plan, and developing detailed, executable plans for the sales team organization and staffing, training, marketing, lead generation, and compensation. Functional responsibilities include sales, marketing, and customer service.

We need a dynamic, action-oriented, data-driven, process-minded strategist to lead our B2B market growth, growing our sales and marketing team from 20 people to more than 50 over the next three years. This position is part of the senior management team, reporting to the CEO, working side by side with manufacturing, IT, Finance, HR, and other key organizational leaders. You will play an integral role in the rapid development of our organization. Reporting to this position will be the B2B customer service team, marketing, sales support, sales managers, and sales reps in a variety of customer channels, including apartment contractors and owners, apartment distributors, student housing, time share hospitality, extended stay, retail refacing franchisees, and retail refacing independent contractors. - Partner with the CEO and founder to develop and refine strategies to accomplish these goals and manage tactical execution of the agreed strategy.
- Participate as a key, collaborative member of the Qwikkit executive team, setting corporate strategy, sales strategy, marketing strategy, and tactical priorities.
- Develop a strong sales strategic plan with multi-year revenue targets by sales channel. Communicate this strategic vision to the sales and marketing team and the whole Qwikkit team. Flesh out this strategic plan with the tactical specifics required to execute it successfully and manage that execution.
- Build, lead, and mentor a strong sales and marketing team capable of achieving aggressive goals.

Establish and implement performance measures designed to track and report progress against sales strategy.

Create and deliver scalable sales training programs to address sales development needs.

Build and deliver all of Qwikkit’s B2B sales and customer service activities. Chart the course, develop the vision, and implement the plan for how Qwikkit will manage our sales efforts:
