POSITION OVERVIEW
The Owner and his wife run all operations while also selling full-time. As the new Sales Operations Manager you will alleviate the Owner from much of his current workload overseeing the logistics of sales operations and hiring additional sales producers.
The Sales Operations Manager role is an Objective-Driven position with specific goals and hefty bonuses attached.
Year one focal points is to hire and onboard a team of sales professionals, oversee them through the satisfaction of their 90-Day validation marks and drive production.
QUALIFICATIONS

Experience
- (5+) Years Sales in an outbound, phone based sales environment
- (3) Years Sales Management with direct experience overseeing sales reps and all aspects of sales opetations
- (3) Years Recruiting/Hiring Management with specific focus on hiring sales professionals. Must have experience in targeting candidates, creating job ads, managing hiring budget and all onboarding steps for new hires.
- Microsoft Excel Certification or equivalent Advanced Training is a major consideration
LOGISTICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Overall Hours: normal expected hours would be 45-50/week, but as the Sales Operations Manager you must have flexibility and willingness to work additional hours when duty calls. This would NOT be a routine occurrence, but it will happen.
- Availability: must have relatively open availability - normal end time would be 6-630 PM Mon-Thurs, but must have availability before normal business hours to field communications from staff members for call-outs and occasionally have scheduled virtual meetings with the Owner.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hiring Sales Reps: create ads, screen/interview candidates to present to the Owner for final interview. Strive to meet hiring goals within an optimal budget.
- Employee Management: oversee performance of producers, motivate and lead, provide feedback regarding their on-pace for goals, push for developement, quality assurance on new busines written to ensure it is complianyt, review all producers' bonus & commission figures & submit to payroll each month.
- Sales Operations: manage agency sales leads each month, handle vendor communications, establish new vendor relations when needed, ensure employees follow sales operational processes as designed, specifically with lead management.
- Strategic Planning: assist Owner in his planning by creating spreadsheets and reports. In some instances, perform initial data analysis.
- Operational Design: when directed, implement new processes, communicate adjustments to staff, create applicable training.
COMPENSATION YEAR ONE:
- Salary: $65,000
- Bonus: $20,000 available via multiple bonuses
