Job Description:
- Bachelor s degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent working experience.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in a Salesforce CPQBusiness Analyst or Product Manager role in Salesforce implementations and support.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Quote-to-Cash, Opportunity-to-Invoice, Service Contracts, and Entitlement processes within Salesforce and integrated platforms like NetSuite.
- Mandatory prior experience with Salesforce CPQCloud. Certification in Salesforce CPQ is highly preferred.
- Experience in end-to-end product configuration and pricing setup, including standalone, bundled, and nested bundle products, product rules, attributes, guided selling, pricing and discounting rules
- Good understanding of Advanced Approvals configuration(Quote/Quote Line level approvals, Smart Approvals)
- Proven capability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, process flows, use cases, and perform data analysis.
- Previous Agile methodology experience: backlog grooming, sprint demos, Agile modeling sessions, and sprint planning/retrospectives.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, including conducting root-cause analyses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
- Self-starter with high motivation, organizational skills, and ability to rapidly adapt in a fast-paced environment.
