Treadstone Law Ltd, a well-established and forward-thinking law firm based in the heart of Manchester, is seeking a proactive and experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or CILEX (CPQ) professional to join our busy property department.
About the Role
You will manage a varied caseload of conveyancing matters, handling transactions from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision. Working as part of a close-knit and supportive team, you will deliver efficient, high-quality legal services while maintaining the exceptional client care for which Treadstone Law is known.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full range of conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Progressing matters proactively to meet tight deadlines
- Providing clear, practical, and commercially focused advice to clients
- Maintaining compliance with SRA regulations and firm procedures
- Building and sustaining excellent client and agent relationships
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX (CPQ) with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in conveyancing
- apable of handling a full caseload independently
- Exceptional client care and communication skills
- Commercially aware, organised, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment
